Adam Żakowski

Adam is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he earned a Master’s degree in Corporate Financial Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting.

He joined the mInvestment Banking team at the end of 2025. His previous experience in executing M&A projects (both sell-side and buy-side) and securing financing was gained at the independent advisory firm Capital One Advisers, where he supported companies from sectors such as recycling, healthcare, marketing, energy, and media.
Adam also developed his career at the international advisory firm EY as a member of the Capital & Debt Advisory team, actively participating in restructuring projects and Independent Business Reviews (IBR) for clients in the food, mining, aviation, and TIC sectors.
