Bartosz Kędzia

Bartosz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (majors in Finance and Banking, and International Economic Relations) and completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at IESE Business School (University of Navarra).

He joined mInvestment Banking in October 2025 as Vice President of the Management Board, responsible for M&A transactions. Previously, he spent over two decades at mBank Brokerage House, where he served for 12 years as Head of the Capital Markets Department. Bartosz has extensive transactional experience in public markets, having overseen and executed dozens of IPO, SPO, and M&A transactions.
