Karolina Borawska-Białas

Karolina is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (major in Finance and Accounting). She has 10 years of experience in investment banking and joined the mInvestment Banking team in 2017.

Her previous experience includes working in the corporate lending division at ING Bank Śląski, where she was responsible for arranging financing for companies in sectors such as food, construction, defense, and automotive. Prior to joining ING, Karolina worked in the investment banking department at Investors DM, where she participated in corporate bond issuances, IPO transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

At mInvestment Banking, she has been involved in numerous M&A processes (both buy-side and sell-side) for clients across various sectors, including software development/IT, HVAC, transportation and logistics, food industry, window manufacturing, glass metallurgy, and others.
