Marcin Szmakfefer

Marcin is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking. He also holds the CFA designation.

He has over 20 years of experience in transaction advisory and structuring of both equity and debt financing.

Prior to joining mInvestment Banking, Marcin worked at UniCredit Group / Bank Pekao, where he was responsible for executing M&A processes, capital market transactions, and arranging structured financing for both local and international corporations as well as investment funds. Additionally, Marcin gained experience at the EBRD in its Warsaw and London offices and at the Polish Development Fund, where he was responsible for direct equity investments and debt financing in Poland and CEE markets, as well as monitoring investments across manufacturing, services, infrastructure, and financial sectors.
