mInvestment Banking S.A. prepared an independent Fairness Opinion in connection with the transaction executed by CVC Capital Partners involving tender offer Comarch S.A. The purpose of the opinion, addressed to Comarch’s Management Board, was to confirm the fairness and integrity of the financial terms of the transaction from the perspective of the Company’s shareholders. The transaction value amounted to PLN 1,660 million.
