The mInvestment Banking S.A. team acted as the exclusive transaction advisor and financing advisor to CUK Ubezpieczenia in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the retail business of the Punkta Group. The transaction involved the acquisition of three Polish distribution companies: Arrant Sp. z o.o., Punkta Sp. z o.o., Profi Insurance Sp. z o.o., as well as the technology company Punkta Innovation Lab Sp. z o.o.
