mInvestment Banking acted as the exclusive transaction advisor to Euvic S.A. in connection with the acquisition of a minority stake in Senetic S.A.
In the first stage, Euvic Group, together with Gemini Holding and Hyperr, acquired approximately 33% of the shares. Ultimately, 100% of the shares will be acquired through a share redemption process, with 51% to be held by Euvic Group.

Euvic Group comprises over 50 companies providing software development, IT infrastructure, and body/team leasing services.

Senetic Holding is a global provider of IT hardware and solutions for businesses and public institutions. The group specializes in delivering Microsoft cloud services for business clients.
