mInvestment Banking acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Neo Biofuel Energy Sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of Neo Bio Energy) in securing debt financing of PLN 217 million, provided by a consortium of banks – Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and PKO Bank Polski. The funds will be allocated to the acquisition and development of agricultural biogas plants, which are ultimately intended to include biomethane production.
