mInvestment Banking S.A. prepared an independent Fairness Opinion in connection with the transaction executed by Entain involving tender offer for STS S.A. The purpose of the opinion, addressed to STS’s Management Board, was to confirm the fairness and integrity of the financial terms of the transaction from the perspective of the Company’s shareholders. The transaction value amounted to PLN 3,900 million.

STS is the largest licensed bookmaker in Poland, with operations extending to international markets.

Entain is a global sports betting and online gaming operator listed on the London Stock Exchange.
