mInvestment Banking advised UNIMOT Group on the acquisition of LOTOS Terminale S.A., a transaction executed as part of the merger between Orlen Group S.A. and Lotos Group S.A.

The transaction value amounted to PLN 366.4 million, while UNIMOT Group’s total estimated commitment is approximately PLN 450 million. As part of the process, mInvestment Banking also advised on securing debt financing from a consortium of banks totaling PLN 360 million.

UNIMOT Group S.A. is the largest Polish company operating in the energy and fuel sector, specializing in the import, distribution, and sale of liquid fuels, electricity, and natural gas.

LOTOS Terminale operates as an independent logistics provider, managing nine fuel terminals and facilities for the production and sale of asphalt.
