Anna Romaniuk

Anna is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where she studied Finance and Banking. She also holds a diploma from the international CEMS MIM (Master in International Management) program, during which she studied at Aalto University in Finland. She has been working at mInvestment Banking since June 2015. Previously, she spent over five years at the investment boutique FIDEA Corporate Finance, where she participated in numerous M&A projects. She has extensive experience in transaction advisory for both Polish and international clients across various sectors, including the food and healthcare industries.

Before joining FIDEA, she gained experience in investment banking in the M&A Department of the Dutch bank Rabobank, specializing in the food sector. Part of her work at Rabobank was spent at the bank’s headquarters in Amsterdam as a member of the European M&A team. Her first professional experiences were in the equity research departments of UniCredit CAIB and mBank.
