Justyna Stobnicka-Pleban

Justyna is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, where she completed two fields of study: Management with a specialization in Corporate Financial Management and Finance & Accounting.

Since 2008, she has been part of the mInvestment Banking team and currently holds the position of Manager. She has extensive experience in investment banking, encompassing end-to-end execution of M&A transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side, structuring and securing financing, as well as delivering ECM projects, including public offerings (IPOs).

She has participated in dozens of transactions across various sectors, including healthcare, cosmetics, tourism, IT, e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, and workforce outsourcing. Her expertise covers collaboration with large corporate groups as well as dynamically growing private companies.
